SMS / Text Messaging Consent
Last updated July 7, 2026.
How you opt in
Lead Mule LLC operates a messaging platform that small-business contractors (for example, Pacific Landcare) use to respond to their own customers. Consent is customer-initiated: you opt in by contacting the business yourself — by calling the contractor's business phone number and leaving a voicemail, or by submitting a contact or quote request — and providing your mobile number. There is no web sign-up form. By reaching out to the business and leaving your number, you consent to receive a reply text and related follow-ups from that business.
What you'll receive
An automated reply confirming the business received your message, and occasional follow-ups about your inquiry. A typical message reads:
“Lead Mule on behalf of Pacific Landcare: Thanks for reaching out! We got your message and will call you back shortly. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
Message frequency varies by conversation (typically 1–5 messages per inquiry). Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out or get help
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe and stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help. You can also contact the business directly at any time.

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Full details are in our Privacy Policy and Terms.
